One health conversation can change what happens next.
Ra_Nard built The Lions Den as a place where men can speak honestly, take practical action, and build healthier futures together.
Experience turned into a mission.
In 2017, Robert “Ra_Nard” Robinson was diagnosed with prostate cancer—an experience that reshaped how he viewed health, family, and community. Since then, he has used honest conversation to encourage men to prioritize routine care and their well-being.
Through The Lions Den Podcast, Ra_Nard creates space for the things people too often carry in silence: prevention, faith, discipline, leadership, purpose, and the everyday work of becoming well.
Well-being is not one-dimensional.
The Lions Den’s approach brings four connected parts of a healthier life into the same room.
Physical
Routine care, movement, and making health conversations easier to begin.
Mental
Clarity, accountability, and room to name what is weighing on us.
Emotional
Real talk, vulnerability, and support without judgment.
Spiritual
Purpose, legacy, and values that make wellness sustainable.
Health is not a private burden. It is a legacy we build together.
The Lions Den continues to create moments where men can listen, speak, and take the next step back into their families and communities.
